We pray this message finds you well in the Lord. When we last wrote, we had just completed our Language and Culture phase. Now, our team finds itself in a new and exciting season—pioneering ministries, hosting outreach teams, and, most of all, preparing for our very first Discipleship Training School! The vision of bringing about the obedience of faith among those who have never heard Christ’s name has never been closer to reality. This incredible milestone would not be possible without your faithful prayers, encouragement, and unwavering support—thank you!
As we seek practical ways to serve our city, we are prayerfully discerning the ministries God is calling us to establish. From education to sports, rehabilitation, business, and beyond, we are exploring every opportunity to share the Gospel through tangible acts of love. As you’ll see in our five-year plan below, we are laying the foundation for long-term ministry—not only to impact Thailand but to reach the Neediest Red as well.
Since completing our Language and Culture phase, we have been busy hosting outreach teams. In the past several months alone, we’ve welcomed two YWAM teams from America, each dedicating around 40 hours per week to ministry. From teaching English and market evangelism to developing Missional Communities and more, their involvement has been invaluable. At this pace, we are witnessing many lives being impacted by the Gospel! We are thrilled to share that two more teams have already confirmed to join us soon. Their stay at our base—where they will be housed and equipped—would not be possible without your generous financial support in furnishing and now maintaining this vital space.
Equally exciting is the progress we’re making in preparing for our first DTS, launching this September! Our DTS is designed to cultivate deep intimacy with God, foster holistic maturity, and equip believers to radically follow Jesus to the ends of the earth. A unique feature of our program is the Prep Course—a two-month, intentionally designed program that prepares students to get the most out of their DTS experience. A tremendous amount of planning is underway, from logistics and lecture scheduling to selecting teachers, organizing outreach, and more. Our entire team is fully engaged in this thrilling season of pioneering in YWAM Trang!
As we move forward in this new season, we are continually reminded that none of this would be possible without you—our faithful support team. Because of you, our base is thriving, outreach teams are making an impact, and the dream of launching our first DTS is becoming a reality.
